As Managing Director of Client Services, Kevin works primarily in Waldron’s career and leadership development practices and is responsible for new business development and the management of some of our largest client relationships. He’s a valued and trusted business partner to our clients, with an instinct for knowing when to listen and when to lead. One of his greatest assets is an innate curiosity and consultative approach that drives value-producing inquiry. Combining personal passion and interest with industry insight, Kevin brings a level of participation and value to the table that leaders depend on.

Kevin joined Waldron in 2007, driven by a lifelong passion and interest in helping people and organizations grow and develop. In addition to his primary responsibility for client relationship development and management, he also leads the CHO Group, an exclusive membership organization that provides strategic, senior HR leaders access to innovative ideas, best practices, and perspectives that help them add bottom-line value to their organizations. Kevin is passionate about fostering client relationships to accelerate leadership and organizational evolution, and increase impact.

Prior to Waldron, he served as Corporate Development Officer for KCTS9, working with local corporate citizens and foundations to secure funding for KCTS programming, and providing leadership to internal employee engagement/change initiatives. Earlier, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing for HR Central, consulting with finance and executive leadership on the structure of their HR functions, and he worked with Aventail Corporation as an internal recruiter for senior sales and marketing positions throughout the U.S. Kevin holds a BS in psychology from Washington State University.

In the community, Kevin spent nine years on the board of Wellspring Family Services as Director and Board Development Committee Chair, where he was responsible for ensuring the board had the talent needed to drive the organization’s mission. In that capacity he also led key governance initiatives including CEO and board evaluation process improvements. He joined the Wellspring board while still at KCTS9 and was inspired by both organizations’ work in early childhood development. As a father of two young boys, he’s a self-proclaimed student of early childhood development and believes strongly in the strategic and long term impact of making informed, systemic investments in young children in our communities. His interest in early childhood development stems from a core belief and commitment to human and personal development. In his words, “The ripple effect of our work is exceptional and I am grateful to have the opportunity to do meaningful work with significant social impact every day.”
